Starting Zoloft, what can I expect?

Hi everyone ;)
Well, I'm currently taking amisulpride and before that I took zyprexa and moclobemide. I put on a heap of weight with zyprexa and it also made me depressed :( So I went on amisulpride about a year ago. It has been ok, however the weight is coming off very slowly. I've also got a bit of depression and I've just started Zoloft today. I've heard it can cause a bit of weight loss. Who have lost weight on zoloft? And is it a good antidepressant? Has anyone here tried amisulpride and zoloft together and what was it's effect?
