I was extremely sleepy for about the first 3 months or so. I would sleep all day lots of days. I found that if I would force myself to get up that I would be okay and actually felt pretty energetic at night, but in the mornings I had a terrible time getting up. I am still a little sleepy in the mornings, but just get up and go do it! I take mine in the mornings, but have read other posts that it doesn't really seem to matter when you take it -- the effect is the same. I will take sleepiness over depression any day! Good luck.
