reactive bipolar?

hmm just a question here but my son is more reactive with his moods. anyone experience this?
sometimes I have this theory that he is not bipolar at all and just angry about people reacting negatively to him due to his fidgetyness and hyperactivity all these years.
he has had such a rough life with truckloads of mean people that did just insane stuff to him. sometimes i think they are all the ones who need the meds not him!
