Are you taking any meds right now? When I was on Zoloft, I REALLY felt the anhedonia...I was just going through the movements of everyday life, not caring one way or the other about anything. Once I got on a mood stablizer (Lamictal), (after stopping the Z and starting Effexor XR) I really improved. Found out I'm BPII, instead of Major Depressive, and adding the mood stabilizer was a godsend.
