Brain cell kindling and Calcium Homeostasis

This is seen in OCD,Panic disorder and manic depression.Brain cells will fire and fire and not stop.Sometimes they fire without getting a signal to fire.What causes this.Calcium disregulation and glutamate release disrupt the normal funtion of brain cells.This leads to mental illness and cancer.Inositol stops the calcium disregulation but how?Fish oil also does this.
