> I usually am not too fussed if the drug causes a paradoxical reaction in the first week (ie depression), but I was 2 weeks 4 days into Parnate.i know... this was your reaction to nardil at first right?
i'm not sure how parnate effected me at first... i THINK it was less sleep + feeling a little tired cuz of the hypotension ...
i had to behave somewhat lethargic cuz i couldn't get up fast, you know what i mean?
i think it felt a little like a stimulant at first and made me feel happy (30 mg)... that effect lasted mainly for about a month, and then i felt depressed again... then during month 3 i started to really make a recovery.......... then i went off the drug :( :( :(

> But, for me, there seemed to be no end in site...I mean did you suffer paradoxical depression with Parnate, or pronounced lethargy. Maybe it's just my brain is fried!
no i don't think my depression got worse.... lethargy maybe ... it was more of a wait for the hypotension to go away so i could exercise without passing out ... hahi dunno man...... wow... when i was on parnate i wanted to go out and exercise and take different classes etc i was so motivated... havn't felt that way for about a year now....... but i will be starting parnate after 7 more days of washout .. i can't wait!!
dude the only thing i didn't like about parnate was it made me feel a little aggitated ....
what exactly do you mean by lethargy, like you felt so stimulated you didn't feel the need to go out and do things? or you actually slept more/were too tired to move?
