Re: Yes, you CAN have sleep apnea w/out snoring

I just finished a sleep study which showed I had many episodes of sleep apnea during the night. The neurologist told me that I didn't snore (my husband could have told him that) and I didn't have many other features of sleep apnea: narrow jaw, overweight or abdominal excess, etc.

Wish me luck - I go tonight to have the CPAP machine titrated. The tech told me that many people who come for this say that it was the best night they've had in years!

Personally, I think my sleep apnea is related to HPA axis dysfunction, the atypical depression stuff. Check out www.endotext.org/adrenal/adrenal31/adrenal31.htm
