> Hi,
> If I was on Buspar medicine, I wouldn't worry about supplementing it with Picamilon. Buspar is a mild anxiolytic and works via totally different method of action than Picamilon. From my experience I've combined Klonopin with Picamilon, L-Theanine, Kava-Kava, Xyrem (GHB), and I consider Klonopin to be more powerful anxiolytic than Buspar, and I was feeling fine.* I LOVE Klonopin! I will definitely be going back to it if BuSpar isn't working.
>The combination of Klonopin + L-Theanine even increased the positive effects.
* I have read lots of positive stuff about Theanine too, it's unavailable here in Canada right now, but apparently will be soon. I may also try ordering some online, but I have to try the Picamilon /Buspar combo first for a few weeks.

> These are just my 2 cents, take them with a grain of salt because I'm not a doctor, unfortunately :-) .Although I spend tremendous amount of my free time researching the connection between brain chemicals, medicines and different mind disorders. Just a freaky hobby of mine :-)) , but mainly I dig this stuff to help out myself. If it wasn't for my pubmed researching and 2 web-sites: biopsychiatry.com and dr-bob.org - I'd probably still suffer social anxiety/phobia/dysthymia (because prior to that I didn't have slightest idea such conditions existed - I just thought that I was a shy-type, which BTW I'm not, when I use proper dopaminergic medicine - Amisulpride, which turned my life around lately). Ok, sorry for all the blahblah on my side, as I went on writing, I didn't think it would become so long lol .
> Take care.* No, you're not blabbing on! Hahaha....we alll do it here! And it's really informative!! I too, am very into researching the bio-chem of the brain and endocrine system...it too has helped me get the right diagnosis and be informed about my choices when I go to doctors. It seems that most people who have mental health issues have to really fight/be insistent about treatments etc., right at a time when they are least able to do so!
Thanks for your help, and I'm glad you have your problems under control!! I'm positively working towards that now!
look after yourself.
