I understand your problem. This is not uncommon but most people would not admit that they have these visions. You need to evaluate the extent they are disrupting your life. Does this prevent you from being a functional person? Do you avoid situations because of these visions? (Some people have visions of car accidents and this causes them to not drive.) In this case, you should talk to your doctor. Have him recommend a psy doc. Medications like prozac (SSRIs) have helped my husband.
If it does not affect your ability to function then I suggest either accepting the visions -realizing that you have impulse control and have no intention of acting on them. Once you accept these things you would be surprised at how they loose their power over you. Add exercise and vitamins to your lifestyle and you will be surprised.
