Effexor Withdrawal/Prozac...Quick Relief?

For folks who have taken Prozac while in withdrawal from Effexor...how soon did you feel any results?

I've got an appointment with my doc today...I just can't stand it anymore...It's been one week and I seem to have gotten stuck. I seemed to be getting better each day but now I feel like I'm in a rut.

Also, for those that have tried this route, were there any negatives? So far, all I see are posts from people who say it's really helped for them. Any naysayers out there?
