Here in canada, the best companies I can think of would be - in order of testing.

Jamieson Nat sources
Swiss Herbals

Personally the ear ringing is problably due to the blood thinning effect of SSRI's. Do you get ear ringing while taking asprin ??

I hear 5-htp, niacin are a good combination.
There was a study using this for Major Depression, I don't know if I can find the link
