I've an experience with Accutane(Roacutan).
Today was my last day to take it...lol.I had taken for three months, and I'm an OCD + social anxiety patient. So, I'm supposed to be a little depressed as well.
While I was on Accutane, I was taking an SSRI, Celexa. I don't know if Accutane interected with Celexa or not, but I had horrible experience in which my anxiety was unbearably high, insomnia, and extreme fatigue.
I stopped taking Celexa because of those uncomfortable feelings but I really don't know if it was because I was taking Accutane with Celexa.
One month ago, I was off all medication except Accutane. I had different feelings, but wasn't stable.
Accutane really makes your body dry, and I have seen some ppl who got depression after taking Accutane. Accutane really worked well for my acne, but I guess my mood got worse.
I'll have to see how it goes since I just finished 3-month length pills, but my recommendation is NOT TO TAKE with ANY anti-psychotic drugs. I really don't want anyone experience what I have experienced...that fatigue, depression that doesn't feel like depressed, dryness...and so on....
