Since it is a selective norepinepherine reuptake inhibitor it would, like atomoxetine, probably be best for ADD/ADHD and ineffective against "typical depression" and "anxiety". It might be good against lethargic and unmotivated types of depression that exist in continuum with inattentive-type ADD or in concert with an SSRI (but then venlafaxine or a tricyclic could do that in a single pill).
The questions should be: what really ails you, then what neurotransmitter systems are likely involved and how, - and only then - which drug?
