There's no limit to the amount you can take. Are you really taking 16 grams?? That's 16 capsules of fish oil, isn't it? You don't need that much to get the therapeutic dose for BP; they only used 9 grams in the study at Harvard, and 4-5 grams should be sufficient, according to the book by the author of the study, Andrew Stoll. Also make sure you are adding 1000mg of Vitamin C and 800mg of Vitamin E, to prevent oxidation of the omega-3s.
