I have used both Paxil and Paxil CR. I love Paxil. I took it for 7 years. I only had the side effects w/ reg Paxil ONLY for about the first 3-4 months. They were horrendus at first. Im very glad I decided to stick with it. 25mg of Paxil CR along with 20 mg of regular Paxil worked best for me.
