Because the poster asked about medication which deals with both depression and anxiety. And also amisulpride has virtually no side-effects. Long-term there can be only problems due to rise of prolactin levels - so users who are prone to gyno - may get gynecomastia.
Sulpiride is considered "weaker" than amisulpride - for example its binding to D2 receptor is much weaker. But it could also be used.
