Hi Jas,
>>>>1) Did you find it sedating/lowering energy?I found it slightly sedating, but as far as it lowering my energy level goes, I had the same amount while I was taking it. It didn't seem to affect my energy any.
>>>>2)Did you begin to feel tolerance and have to increase the dose ... if so, how quickly?
Nope, I never experienced tolerance at all, and only had to increase the dose once because I was really stressed out and my tummy was hurting so bad. That's as far as I had to go, was increasing it only once.
>>>>3) How about mood effects? Irritability, anger, euphoria?
Yes, it did alter my mood a little bit, I felt sad, but I was depressed to begin with when I started it. I think I felt a little anger too.
No euphoria at all.4) Weight gain?
I lost weight when I was taking Librium.
Also, I had hot flashes and developed a low grade fever when taking it.
Hope this helped.
