New here, possibly going on Lamictal

I'm bipolar 1 withh psychotic episodes, auditory &visual hallucinations, paranoia, and recently aggression and rage. I'm on Depakote 1250, Seroquel 600, Topomaxs 175. The docs are thinking of putting me on Lamictal because we can't seem to get a handel on this mania/psychosis. I've tried Zyprexa and had bad side effects, also Risperidone. I'm in Canada and can't get Geodon up here. I want to know if any bipolar 1's took Lamictal and how it worked for them.
