Taking CYP2D6 inhibitor help with Adderall? (GBL)

Posted by btnd on September 22, 2003, at 11:06:49

I know that amphetamines are metabolized via CYP2D6 enzyme.
Would taking CYP2D6 inhibitor help with Adderall duration/effects?

Ame - I've read in your other posts that you have a supply of GBL. I also have, besides my RX for Xyrem - and just found that GBL is a CYP2D6 inhibitor.
I use Xyrem for night-time purposes and sometimes GBL during the day - because it's a great anti-anxiety treatment and relieves depression totally, unfortunately short-term.

Here is the study:

Take care,
Brad
