Anyone NOT gain weight on Paxil?

I was wondering if there is anyone who DOESN'T gain weight on Paxil? I am trying it for the second time. I am wondering if I watch what I eat (low cal, low carb, etc.) if I can keep the weight away. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks!
