If you have not eaten today, please do. By that, I mean have you eaten a meal, not snack food or McDonalds? Can you go to a cafeteria or restaurant and sit down and have a balanced meal? Eat a meal with meat and vegetables that haven't been fried. If you go to the library afterward, you might get an hour or two of studying done. Do it somewhere other than your room if that's where you usually study and you are finding yourself unable to get started. Those two things can help you feel better today and tomorrow until you can find someone to help you get started with an anti-depressant.
I'm going to be watching for answers. Don't underestimate that meal.
Are your parents an option, Ritchie? An aunt, uncle, grandparent, teacher, minister, neighbor? If you have a psychiatrist or psychologist and can't get in to see them Monday, do you have a family doctor you can go see?
