Yes many have heard of it, many have taken or take it. Including me. You will find lots posts here if you do a search or two. It works well for plenty of people. I abandonded, it perhaps prematurely, when as a component in my long term cocktail many things stopped working for me. Don't be afraid of it. It may work. If not you won't be any the worse for wear.
