focalin(dexmehylphenidate) ritalin mehylphenidate

Posted by paulk on September 15, 2003, at 9:21:03

Has anyone here have first hand experience comparing Focalin to Ritalin at equivalent dosage (1:2)?

It is really disappointing that there isn’t a slow release version of it.

The slow release forms of Ritalin seem to not rev up the liver as much and there for you need less med – this could also happen with Focalin as there is only on isomer to metabolize.

Is Focalin smoother? Less jittery? The same? Just stronger?
