Hi Jon,
Thank you so much for your reply to my question. I have been taking 300mg of Manerix for over 9yrs now, long time I know. I also take 20mg of Librium but have been on those for so long that I know they are not working now.
I was hoping to try an SSRI, mainly because I suffer more with anxiety than depression and have heard that they are better for that?
