I did but its still possible to have the big o, just takes a little more work. :). My fiance and I worked through it. I am on a small dose of zoloft now and I think that one is the worst for sexual side effects. 50 mg of zoloft took my sex drive right away where as I was on 300mg effexor and only had somewhat of a decreased sex drive.
