I am sorry but what does that mean? What experience?
Without wishing to be rude, I have to say that your comment is nothing but yet another worthless platitude.
I have heard them all over and over in eight years of therapy.
I tried everything for if nothing else; as long as there was something that I hadn't tried it meant that there was still hope.
There are other drugs that I haven't tried but NHS disagrees and I can't afford to go private anymore.
I spent the limit of my last credit card on six sessions of BCT at £160.00 per session just to listen to a bunch of stuff you could read in any book on the subject. The thought process analysis involved in BCT is so simple and shallow that as I said only the intellectually challenged wouldn’t have thought of it before themselves and wouldn’t have seen it coming a mile off.
So all I do is to see some idiot in NHS every six weeks which is more like nine weeks because they always postpone appointments. Most of the time they come out with such rubbish that even their own colleague next door would disagree with them. When you try to tell them that they are making a mistake, they just about throw you out of their surgery.
I mean I have been depressed a lot longer than most of them have been psychiatrists. Some of them don’t even know that FDA is the US has a far more rigorous licensing regime that any country in Europe. They jsut don't give a damn.
