I have had AD induced apathy and it was 24/7, as is depression. What did you do for SSRI apathy? Change AD's? Augmentation? This has happened to me on Zoloft, Effexor XR, Celexa and Lexapro. Right now I only take clonazepam but sleep is beginning to indicate potential depression coming. Maybe I am paranoid that it will return. I have been off Lexapro since March. The pdocs just upped dosages when the SSRI apathy appeared. At the time it was diagnosed as poop out but looking back I feel confident it was SSRI apathy.
