Ultram retard (slow release) - Ame?

I'm curious, since you're using Ultram 4x/day, then wouldn't it be better to use the sustained-release version ( http://www.1ultramonline.com/ultram-tramadol.htm )? There are 4 versions: 100mg,200mg,300mg,400mg. I'm using sustained 100mg version and it dramatically helps with my depression, motivation, social phobia and OCD. Just my 2 cents ;)
