Does Straterra actually work/ worth trying?

All I've heard are crazy side-effects, people eventually going off it... and even if it's tolerated, people don't seem sure if it makes their ADD better or if that's just the stim they're continuining with it....

Is it worth risking sexual dysfunction at the pre-Viagra age of 20? I just don't seem very optimistic about this thing, even about using it to adjunct my Desoxyn...
