Hi Treb, Can I ask, how much Trazadone do you take at night to help you sleep? I ask because I once took 100mg and it didn't help me, but before I could up the dose, my doc at the time switched me to something else.
Just wondering how you do on it and at what dosage? Any side effects?

Hope you're doing as well as expected:-)> Hi, I've used Benadryl with the same reult. It seems to leave me groogy into the next day. I now use Trazadone as needed for sleep and it doesn't affect me in the morning. Good luck!
