I've lost a few pounds since starting Lexparo 5 weeks ago. My appetite seems to wane on Lex. Lately I haven't much of an appetite though. I was on Topamax and lost 25 pounds, a total 360 from what I gained when on Seroquel and Effexor.Good luck!
