I don't necesarily mean too fat, but the drugs can change the way that a person behaves.

For instance, on paxil a person might be
prone to eating a little more, exercising
a little less etc. Just general lifestyle
changes that might increase the risk of
cancer.

I know it is most likely the fact that
the molecule itself is somewhat carcinogenic
but I am just trying to see the other possible
side.

The same sort of thing goes with Remeron.
While on the drug, clinical studies reveal
a notable rise in cholesterol levels. The
question arises - does the molecule itself
raise cholesterol or does the fact that
the patient tends to eat more on Remeron
raise cholesterol??
