Sounds like a good approach... I may try that if I ever see any tolerance developing (though at the 9 week point I'm pretty confident that any tolerance will be minimal). My psychiatrist also offered me the options of switching to Subutex, OxyContin, morphine, or pretty much any other opioid that doesn't contain APAP, ibuprofen, caffeine, or aspirin. So I think I'm pretty well covered. :-)
Oh, just one thing though... say you take 100mg Ultram four times daily (like I do). I'd imagine that taking 200mg four times daily on your "on" days would be a good idea. Any thoughts on this? I just may try it.
