That's a very interesting article. I have lost weight over the past year ever since I started on chocolate and protein drinks.
I drink a protein drink each morning. I put a scoop of whey powder in cold water. It tastes good and it has 17 grams of protein with only 80 calories. It makes me feel full for a long time. I also eat an ounce of dark chocolate early in the day each day. I tried powdered soy protein but didn't like the taste (or smell).
In addition, I drink lots of diet sodas (with caffeine). Usually 2 or 3 cans a day. This helps with both weight and altertness.
