I'm getting a lot more done now that I only need 5 hours of sleep, but this is a little ridiculous. Does anyone have any easy, natural cures for Parnate insomnia? The last thing I want is another prescription just so I can go to bed. I'm going to try the ol' warm milk thing here in a bit, but any other ideas would be appreciated. I think my fiancee's getting annoyed already...

> ThanksYou're not alone! The most common sleep aids to take with Parnate seem to be Trazodone (non-addictive, you need to play with dose to find the right one for you) and Klonopin (can be addicting, but if used properly it's fine). Be careful about using any actual sleep meds like Ambien or Sonata, they are addictive and you will need more and more to get the same effect.
I haven't found any natural sleep aids or sleep remedies strong enough to counter the effects of Parnate. The hard part is getting your sleep regular, so you aren't sleeping 10 hours one night and 5 the next.
Good luck,
