Even if they do not provide observable and beneficial effects on the mood, they most certainly will have health-promoting effects. Most people eating a Westernized diet are massively deficient in omega-3 fatty acids. That is a factor in mood disorders. It is a simple factor to control, so why not shift it towards your benefit?
I'm 100% convinced that omega-3 supplements have significantly stabilized my mood, and improved my whole-body health.
