parnate and parmodalin

I was really interested in trying Parnate but then I red this: "Parnate version in Italy is tranycylpromine binded to an antypsychotic".
Any comment of any sort ? Should I try it the same ? Should I order "the real Parnate" on line ? The only MAOI commercialized in Italy is tranycylpromine but it's mixed with other stuff ! oh, what a mess : /
