Yes, I know life would be better w/o it. It's hard tho' b/c i work in a restaurant and at the moment, I'm already not making it financially so I couldn't quit. I'm in grad school so I am working to change that; but it doesn't happen over night. I think the thing to do for me for awhile is to stop altogether.
