I’m hoping someone here has had experience with this. Been on Effexor XR 112.5 for a year; felt remarkably stable and “together.” I also have bad insomnia, and 2 weeks ago I started taking Ambien 10 – it’s been working pretty well. (Once I also took Sonata 10, which worked, but not as well.)
I’m a 30-year-old male. 5’8” and weigh only 115. (Pretty seriously underweight, and low self-esteem as a result.) About a month ago I started a high-calorie, high-protein diet along with an exercise regimen. I also started, about 18 days ago, taking anabolic steroids – 100 mg of Deca Durabolin (nandrolone decanoate) and Sustanon 100 (blends of testosterone) – to fortify and accelerate my gains. The thing is, instead of feeling markedly better as a result of the testosterone, I’ve been feeling increasingly emotional and generally “blue” over the last 10 days or so. I’m wondering if this is transient, or a result of the sleep meds, or something to do with the anabolics. Any input – especially from people who have concurrently taken (a) antidepressants with anabolic agents, and (b) Effexor and Ambien/Sonata – would be greatly appreciated.
I’m beginning to feel that I have too many chemicals floating around in my body, too many unknown variables (though I’m also sick and tired of being skinny and a perennial “hardgainer”). What do y’all think?
