I used to take Temaxepam to help, calm me dowm before I went to bed, actually, it was 15mg. Instead I now smoke a little pot before I go to bed and my new doctor who I saw yesterday, said it wasn't that bad as long as I di not do it all day long. I find a couple of hits and I sleep well, and I no longer use the Temazepam. By the way I qite all at once and personally never experienced side effects from the Tem.
