Hi Craig,

I just stopped taking Effexor a few weeks ago so I could start Parnate. My withdrawal experience wasn't TOO bad, so I don't know how it compares with yours. By the fifth or sixth day I was feeling symptom free, with the occasional shiver-thing. Since starting the Parnate 6 days ago, I've been over the w/d. Still waiting for the P. to kick in though- so far I just feel lethargic and mellow. Good luck, keep us posted.
