Have you checked your blood pressure and resting pulse rate since being on Wellbutrin? Of all the antidepressants Wellbutrin is one of those that can potentially elevate blood pressure and/or pulse in some individuals. Thats cause it works on dopamine and noradrenaline and has a stimulant like antidepressant effect.
Id check your BP and pulse...if either are elevated I bet thats it and Wellbutrin may not be the med for you.
