12.5-25mg's (or anywhere in between) sound like much easier and less powerful doses to use in your a.d. treatment. Im am positive you will even get a fair 'kick' out of 12.5 mg's. In the furture if you need or desire more, you have plenty of room to play with. It may seem cruddy and wound-up at first, but give it plenty, I mean *plenty* of time, and I think you have an excellent chance at doing well. I might also suggest liquid Prozac, which I believe you can take as low as 2.5 mg's of a dose. I find Prozac less tiring than Zoloft, but we are all different. So, Good luck!

P.S. My pdoc had me take Zoloft 2x a day, due to it's fairly short half-life, which I believe is around 24-30 hours. That means more stable blood levels also by dosing 2x a day. So you could even start with half of 12.5 2x a day..then move up to 12.5 2x a day..etc.

Best wishes,
Jay
