Order of Diagnosis

Having read many messages on the board, I have noticed that many have multiple diagnosisis. So often when doctors hit on one thing, they leave you at that and the other problems are just considered complications. For those who don't mind sharing, I am curious how the order of diagnosises came about and it they usually just added things on or have they changed their mind very often?
