1st day on lexapro

Well...started my first day on lexapro..was a litle anxious but a friend helped me through...does any one get night sweats or weird dreams while taking this...I had both while I was on paxil. Has anyone gained weight with this medication? Can you also take xanax with this med.I am only taking 10mg. but my saftey net is the xanax I only take it when I have an attack..and I feel safe with it. Thanks
