I have similar problems (except for the slow reflexes) most stimulants have helped with wakefulness, but they eventually stop working.
So now I am on strattera - this is not a stimulant but has stimulating effects. It is also said to have anti-depression effects which I did notice after about 2 weeks. So I am still on it. It no longer seems to help with my being sleepy during the day. Perhaps a dosage increase is what I need. I'm currently on 40mg.
(Note intitially some people do feel a bit spacy on it, but it wears off).
