Sure, you could open the capsules and sprinkle the powder into a drink or applesauce. It won't affect its absorption.

Next time you have your prescription filled, you may want to go to a compounding pharmacy. There, they can specially make your clomipramine for you in a vegetarian-friendly form--even as a liquid, if you'd like.
