I'd recommend keeping the Klonopin and Remeron, switching the Ritalin to Desoxyn or Dexedrine (which are not only better stimulants, IMO, but also have a much greater effect on mood), and adding Wellbutrin, Strattera, Pamelor, Norpramin, Effexor... you get the idea, some type of stimulating anti-depressant. I only mention Effexor because the side effects can be overcome with Buspar, Wellbutrin, bethanechol, cyproheptadine, and stimulants (not to mention Viagra, yohimbine, and gingko biloba).
