Does Wellbutrin have a positive effect that you would like to maintain? If so, then it seems worthy of making into a combo therapy, if you suspect it might work.

I take a combo therapy, and have taken both meds alone with no success. But I framed it to my pdoc as "med A is great with motivation, med B with anxiety... so maybe I could try both together?" Otherwise, I think your pdoc might be worrying about wasting your (collective) time on a med that's crap. So if Wellbutrin doesn't have >anything< going for it, you should probably drop it.

best of luck,
jflange
