Frisium (clobazam) isn't currently available in the U.S., and I'm not overly optimistic that it ever will be. I think any new benzodiazepines that hit the U.S. market in the future will have to be unique in some way (i.e. adinazolam [Deracyn], which releases serotonin and norepinephrine in addition to its benzodiazepine action).
